Job summary

MoneyCat Financing Inc. is seeking a debt collection specialist to conduct field visits to clients with overdue accounts, issue demand letters, assess financial situations, and secure payment promises in Metro Manila and nearby areas.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, an independent work ethic, and willingness to perform fieldwork using a motorcycle.

You will maintain records of visits and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• At least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in collections or field collections is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle difficult customer interactions.
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to do fieldwork within Metro Manila, CAMANAVA and Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to clients with overdue accounts and issue demand letters to clients who cannot be reached.
• Assess customers’ financial situations and recommend appropriate actions.
• Assist in the resolution of client’s concerns and queries.
• Secure Promise to Pay / Promissory note.
• Update new customer contact information.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and field results.
• Follow company policies and legal regulations related to debt collection.
