Daily field visits and extensive travel within the Davao Area are required, with a field-based onsite work setup. ASAP deployment is preferred; candidates must hold a valid Professional Driver's License and be able to drive a motorcycle.

Qualifikationen

• College graduate of any course.
• Experience in field collection, accounts receivable, billing, collections, or other customer-facing field operations.
• Experience in conducting payment collections, delivery and acknowledgment of SOAs, and obtaining customer acknowledgments.
• Familiar with AR processes, collection documentation, and payment monitoring.
• Knowledgeable in handling ORs, SOAs, collection reports, and other financial documents.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Able to coordinate with Finance & Accounting, AR, Sales, and branch personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and email correspondence.
• Comfortable using mobile tools for field reporting and coordination.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records.

Aufgaben

• Conduct scheduled field collection activities within the assigned Davao territory to ensure timely collection of customer payments.
• Deliver, present, and obtain customer acknowledgment for SOA and other billing documents.
• Collect payments and ensure all collections are documented and endorsed to Finance & Accounting.
• Safeguard collected payments, ORs, SOAs, and other documents during field assignments.
• Coordinate with AR Team regarding schedules, updates, overdue accounts, and visits.
• Provide timely reports on collection activities, customer feedback, payment status, and field observations.
• Assist in monitoring overdue accounts through scheduled visits and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales Team and branch personnel on collection schedules and field responsibilities.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly collection reports with documentation.
• Serve as authorized field representative for delivery/receipt of collection documents in territory.
• Provide operational support to Company-Owned Stores when no collection activities are scheduled.
• Perform other collection, administrative, and field support duties as assigned.
