Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. invites qualified applicants for a Collections Officer role based in Iloilo. The successful candidate will evaluate past due portfolios while maintaining delinquency at target levels and supporting recovery efforts.

You will conduct negotiation calls, pursue settlements, and coordinate with relevant units to resolve client needs. Requirements include a four-year degree and at least 2 years in collections, preferably from banks or financial institutions.

• Experience in banks or financial institutions advantageous
• Willingness to perform field work and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Performs collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from clients, to make past due accounts current
• Ensures that all client requests are facilitated and coursed to appropriate units

Requirements

• Graduate of any four year course
• At least 2 yrs experience in collections gained from banks or other financial institutions
• Work experience from credit card, personal loan or telecommunication companies may also be considered
• Must be willing to do field work
