Job summary

Cargo Padala Express Forwarding Services Corp is seeking a driver to manage daily bookings, confirm pickup and delivery timing, and prepare accurate waybills. The role requires safe cargo handling and adherence to company procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The driver will coordinate with the Order Control Specialist, assist with scheduling changes, and inform customers of new initiatives, facilitating smooth operations and timely remittances as per policy.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid driver’s license, with LTO restrictions 1,2,3.
• Medically fit since the job requires lifting, pulling, pushing of cargo/parcels, may entail long drives.
• College undergrad Computer and mobile literate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with order control specialist and clients for number of bookings assigned for the day.
• Communicate with customers to confirm pickup or delivery based on schedule, time, location, and address.
• Prepare waybills and ensure accuracy of all data; comply with CaPEx system and other applications; guide customers on shipping standards.
• Load and unload cargoes with safe handling to avoid damage.
• Assist to resolve customer complaints regarding services and other booking concerns.
• Inform customers of new sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collect payments as required by Branch Coordinator; remit collections timely according to policy.
• Coordinate with Order Control Specialist for changes in pickup/delivery schedule or issues in order management.
• Provide shipping advice and safe handling of cargoes.
• Comply with company safety policies.

• Prepare waybills and ensures accuracy and completeness of all pertinent data. Comply with the CaPEx system and other applications requirement. Guide customers on appropriate shipping standards.
• Loads/Unloads cargo/es with safe handling and care to avoid damage;
• Assists to resolve customer complaints regarding services and other booking concerns.
• Informs customers of new sales and marketing initiatives
• Collects payment as may be required by his Branch Coordinator and or Immediate Supervisor (IS); Timely remittance of collections according to company policy.
• Coordinates with Order Control Specialist for any changes in the pick-up and delivery schedule or for any issue/s and concern/s for order management activities
• Provides shipping advise and safe handling of cargoes.
• Comply with company safety policies.
