• Minimum two years of relevant work experience as Boom Truck Driver/Operator.
• TESDA National Certificate (NC) or equivalent for Truck Mounted Crane Operation.
• Valid driver's license with appropriate restriction codes for the vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Safely drive and operate the boom truck to transport, lift, load, and unload materials and equipment.
• Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of the vehicle, boom, lifting equipment, and safety devices.
• Ensure that all loads are properly secured and handled in accordance with established lifting procedures.
• Follow company safety policies, traffic regulations, and project site requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors, riggers, signalmen, and other project personnel during lifting and loading operations.
• Monitor the condition of the truck and lifting equipment and promptly report mechanical defects or malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate trip tickets, vehicle logbooks, equipment inspection checklists, and other required documents.
• Perform routine vehicle and equipment maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Immediately report accidents, near misses, equipment damage, and unsafe working conditions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Boom Truck Driver/Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and operating a boom truck for the safe transportation, lifting, loading, and unloading of materials and equipment at designated project sites.

The ideal candidate must have at least two (2) years of relevant work experience, a valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle, and a valid TESDA certificate related to truck-mounted crane operation.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate or equivalent.

• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience as a Boom Truck Driver/Operator or in a similar truck-mounted crane operation role.

• Must possess a valid TESDA National Certificate (NC) or other applicable TESDA certification for Truck Mounted Crane Operation, consistent with the actual equipment and job requirements.

• Must possess a valid driver's license with the appropriate restriction codes for the assigned vehicle.

• Knowledgeable in boom truck operation, lifting safety, load handling, and basic equipment maintenance.

• Familiar with workplace safety procedures and project site regulations.

• Physically fit, responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.

• Willing to work at different project sites as required.

• Able to follow instructions and coordinate effectively with supervisors and project personnel.
