Job summary

OneLot Financing Corporation seeks a Car Mechanic (Operations Associate) to perform thorough vehicle inspections across Northern Metro Manila and nearby areas, using diagnostic tools to assess mechanical integrity and vehicle quality. You will relay findings to loan officers and clients, supporting loan transactions and partnerships.

Ideal candidates will have automotive tech education, strong communication, and the ability to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or related course.
• Preferably with related work experience in vehicle inspections and repairs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing and able to travel regularly across Greater Manila/North of Metro Manila/North Luzon, or surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license and own motorcycle or vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth car inspections across Northern part of Metro Manila, and surrounding areas, assessing mechanical and structural integrity.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment to detect potential issues and ensure the vehicles’ quality.
• Communicate inspection results clearly to relevant stakeholders, including loan officers and clients.
• Support loan transactions by collecting documents and performing regular routine checks.
• Assist in site visits to new OneLot partners and support expanding partnerships.
• Assist in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and timely completion of operations.
