Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks a Late Trainer to train and coach staff on late-stage collection techniques, develop materials, and run workshops to ensure compliance and effective recovery.

You will observe employees in the field, tailor content to needs, assess progress, and maintain training records while promoting safety and regulatory adherence across assigned roving areas. Hybrid work setup and competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a training or coaching role.
• Proficiency in training methodologies and techniques.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong commitment to developing others.
• Target driven with ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Analytical, interpersonal, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledgeable about Metro Manila areas or roving assignments.
• Excellent communication in English and Tagalog with 1 local dialect.

Responsibilities

• Observe and coach field employees to improve performance.
• Develop training materials and deliver workshops.
• Assess trainee skills and monitor progress.
• Prepare training reports and maintain attendance records.
• Facilitate off-boarding and provide feedback and coaching to trainees.
• Promote safety and compliance awareness among trainees.
• Facilitate product knowledge, upskilling and cross-skilling.
• Collaborate with departments to align training efforts with organizational goals.
• Adapt training materials and approaches to evolving workforce needs.
