A growing automotive sales organization in Caloocan is seeking field sales personnel to engage repair shop owners and mechanics. Responsibilities include providing insights on customer feedback and gathering market information, along with strong sales and technical competencies in auto-related products. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or a relevant vocational certification and must be willing to work independently in the field. Competitive daily rates and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic/advanced knowledge in auto repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Field visit to auto hubs to engage shop owners and mechanics.
• Provide insights reporting on feedback from discussions.
• Gather market insights and conduct competitive checks.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Field Visit to Specified Auto Hubs such as 10th Avenue Caloocan, Banawe, Libertad
• Speak to Shop Owners (Auto Repair/ Auto Parts Supplier) and Mechanics
• Technical Discussion/Introduction of Pioneer Automoto Range (Mighty Gasket, Liquid Gasket, OCB, RC)
• Successfully Recruit Shop Owners and Mechanics to below programs.
• Provide Daily Insights Reporting on shop owner/mechanic feedback per discussion.
• Provide weekly coverage report/conversion report.
• Gather Market Insights/Voice of Customer/Competitive Check (Brand/Store Presence, Prices, Marketing Initiatives in area)
• Sales-driven with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Technically adept in automotive products and solutions
• Good interpersonal skills for building long-term relationships
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in reporting and compliance

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate or with a 2-year certification in a vocational course in Automotive in TESDA
• Sales and Technical Competence for Automotive-related stuff (Auto and Motorcycle Repairs & Parts)
• Basic/advanced level of Knowledge in auto repair/chemicals/gasket-related problems, Maintenance
• Sales/Demonstration Capability
• Customer-Facing Skills
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel for reporting
• Administrative Skills for report/insights capturing
• Willing to work in field or at least has experience working in field
