A growing sales team in the Philippines seeks a Field Motorized Sales Agent to cover Metro Manila. Responsibilities include field visits to auto hubs, engaging with shop owners, and providing insights. Candidates should have automotive sales competence, be at least high school graduates, and possess customer-facing skills. A project-based role for 6 months offering Php 900 per day, with motorcycle rental allowance and complete benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily and weekly reporting on discussions and market feedback.

Job Descriptions:

• Field Visit to Specified Auto Hubs such as 10th Avenue Caloocan, Banawe, Libertad
• Speak to Shop Owners (Auto Repair/ Auto Parts Supplier) and Mechanics
• Technical Discussion/Introduction of Pioneer Automoto Range (Mighty Gasket, Liquid Gasket, OCB, RC)
• Successfully Recruit Shop Owners and Mechanics to below Programs
• Provide Daily Insights Reporting on shop owner/mechanic feedback per discussion.
• Provide weekly coverage report/conversion report.
• Gather Market Insights/ Voice of Customer/Competitive Check (Brand/Store Presence, Prices, Marketing Initiatives in area)

Qualifications:

• Sales and Technical Competence for Automotive related stuff (Auto
  and Motorcycle Repairs & Parts)
• Basic/ Advanced Level of Knowledge in Auto Repair/ Chemicals/Gasket Related Problems, Maintenance
