Job summary

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation is seeking an Audit Field Assistant to perform on-site store audits across Quezon City and Caloocan City. The role requires a valid motorcycle and driver's license, plus ability to travel between locations and work a Monday–Saturday schedule.

The ideal candidate has a background in business or accounting and at least one year of auditing experience, with training at the company head office in Quezon City. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of auditing experience.
• Willing to conduct field work in Quezon City & Caloocan City.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
• Willing to undergo training at Head Office in Quezon City.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Conducts field audits in QUEZON CITY & CALOOCAN CITY.
• Audits stores according to the audit checklist and policies of the organization.
• Audits and checks stock management of the stores.
• Prepares daily audit reports of stores visited.
• Prepares Incident Reports if there are any.
• Audits and checks stores' QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Condition & Food Safety).
• Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor or management.
