Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Field Associate Lead to oversee and develop our Field Associate team across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. You will ensure successful customer audits, provide technical support, deliver product demonstrations, and conduct training while supporting selected Global Strategic Accounts.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership, deep knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and audit processes, and strong communication skills.
