Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Field Appraiser to conduct field inspections and support lending activities including appraisal, credit investigation, title verification, and mortgage encumbrance with government agencies.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates must be willing to frequent fieldwork and reside in Makati City or nearby areas, with strong reading of floor plans and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Willing to perform frequent fieldwork and physically demanding tasks.
• Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials.
• Good command of the oral and written language.
• Computer literate.
• Good interpersonal relationship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections and related lending activities in appraisal, credit investigation, title verification, and annotation / encumbrance of mortgage with government agencies.
• Support lending team through accurate field data collection and reporting.

Job Description: The Field Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in Appraisal, Credit Investigation, Title Verification, and Annotation / Encumbrance of Mortgage with Government Agencies.
