Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training and support on bioMérieux solutions (Immunology, Microbiology and Molecular).
• Answer internal and external customer inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate instrument installations and evaluations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain knowledge base to meet customer and company requirements.
• Record all customer interactions and service activities in CRM accurately.
• Support field actions and communicate product and system updates to customers.
• Promote solutions through demos, evaluations, and onsite visits.
