Suy Sing Commercial Corporation is hiring a Field Accounts Specialist to drive sales and account leadership across Quezon Province, including Lipa and nearby areas. The role focuses on achieving volume objectives, optimizing distribution, and strengthening trade relations with key accounts in the region.

The position requires a 4-year degree or two years of college, 1–2 years FMCG experience, and willingness to perform fieldwork. Training in Manila is provided with accommodation and allowances.

Formación

• Graduate of any 4-year college course or at least 2 years in college
• Enjoys selling and interacting with people
• With good verbal and written communication skills
• With 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG industry and not more than 35 years old
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Ability to drive a motorcycle is an advantage
• Preferably a resident of and familiar with the area of assignment
• Is flexible to be assigned anywhere in the assigned areas and nearby places
• Must be willing to undergo training in Manila. (Accommodation and allowance are provided during training.)

Responsabilidades

• Sales – consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual volume objectives through effective implementation of sales process, channel/account strategies and trade programs.
• Distribution/Merchandising – achieve objectives and execute processes and programs that optimize product availability and exposure in the assigned accounts.
• Trade and Business Development – exploit business opportunities by addressing trade/account issues, conducting business reviews and tapping into account-initiated programs that promote sales/brand/category exposure.
• Information System and Administrative Requirements – utilize available sales data and account information to enhance understanding, analysis and building the business while ensuring that all records, reports and other administrative requirements expected are updated, accomplished properly and submitted on time.
• Sales Activity Management & Control – develop, utilize and maintain a system to monitor and control account programs, distribution and merchandising activities to assigned accounts.
• Unsaleable Merchandise (B.O.'s) – ensure management of Trade BO returns within the company’s acceptable level through strict, consistent implementation of the BO policy across all accounts.
• Asset Management – maintain, protect and fully utilize all company assets assigned.
• Trade Relations – cultivate and maintain productive working relationships with key personnel of assigned accounts.
