Job summary

TASQ in the Philippines seeks an experienced SAP FICO expert to support local finance operations and contribute to the SAP S/4HANA rollout. You will ensure localization readiness, run upgrade tests, and translate business needs into IT change requests.

You will drive process improvements, train plant teams on SAP processes, and maintain local SAP documentation to support knowledge sharing and future system readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in accounting or finance.
• Expertise in SAP General Ledger (FICO) and related modules (AR, AP, MM).
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily and ad-hoc support to business questions and process improvements.
• Support approved business integration rollout projects.
• Ensure localization readiness for SAP S/4HANA rollout in the location.
• Assist testing on localization and validation for SAP Upgrades and enhancements.
• Drive efficiency with local quick-win ideas and process improvements.
• Liaise with CKUs to translate needs into IT change requests.

• Daily support: Provide close and ad-hoc support to daily business questions and process improvements in owndepartment
• Smooth Integrations: Supports approved business Integration rollout projects
• Ensure fit for the future: LKUs are critical to the success of the SAP S/4HANA rollout in their location
• Meet local upgrade needs: Support testing on localization and validation for SAP Upgrades, legal and technicalenhancements
• Drive efficiency: Most local quick-win ideas and simple process improvements can be driven by LKUs
• Expert liaisons: Knows the local business needs and supports the CKUs in translating those into change requests for ITsupport
• Multipliers of quality: Capable as trainers and knowledge carriers for SAP processes in the plant or region; help ensurestandards are followed
• Reinforce current SAP system expertise by closing knowledge gaps
• Build up knowledge and prepare the plants for the future SAP system
• Dedicated support structure to ensure that SAP LKU knowledge level is maintained
• Create and maintain local SAP documentation database to optimize training process and knowledge sharing
• Leverage the evergreen learning process to adopt best practices and apply simple tips and tricks in the plants
• Works with the Business user / leads / SME

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferred
