Job summary

Pilmico Foods Corporation & Gold Coin Management Holdings is seeking a Production Support Associate to assist CRO and Production Supervisors in ensuring accurate micro hand adds and material availability. You will monitor inventory, verify ingredients, and support quality objectives across the plant.

You will learn feed milling processes and contribute to orderly manufacturing, packaging accuracy, and timely clerical tasks to maintain production flow and data integrity.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electronics and Communication or Electrical Engineering.
• License in ME/EE/ECE.

Responsibilities

• Monitors hand adds inventory and identifies critical ingredients and packaging materials during shift; recommends action plans.
• Checks finished goods output to verify bagging reports and performs production postings and related clerical work.
• Learns feed milling processes to assist the Control Room Operator in materials management.
• Manages materials elevation and process bins; participates in batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, fat coating and bagging operations.

Job Description

Provides assistance to CRO and Production Supervisor. Ensures micro hand adds readiness and accuracy, and monitors micro ingredients and packaging materials availability in the process area. The position is also responsible for contributing to the achievement of the quality objectives of the plant by performing the functions of key positions in the plant.

• Monitors hand adds inventory and identifies critical ingredients and packaging material during his shift, recommends action plans to Production Supervisor and/or Feedmill Manager. Tracks micro hand adds prepared in his shift and conduct physical inventory and inspection to ensure weight accuracy and correct ingredients are utilized for the specific diet.
• Check finished goods output to verify and ensure the correct bagging report. Do production posting and other related clerical works.
• Learns and understands the feed milling processes and develop the skills required to be able to assist the Control Room Operator in;
• Materials elevation and process bins management
• Batching, grinding and mixing operations
• Pelleting and fat coating operation
• Bagging operation
