Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in finance, accounting, operations, asset management or related field.
• Experience interpreting fee agreements and understanding fee structures is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze issues, escalate with options, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end onboarding, setup, and maintenance of fee calculation records based on fee agreements.
• Interpret fee terms, assist with accurate account and fee setup.
• Collaborate with client service, product, legal, onboarding, and invoicing teams to support delivery.
• Oversee relationship pricing setup and risk-aware checks.
• Monitor dashboards and exception management within timelines.
• Communicate onboarding status and non-standard fee arrangements clearly to stakeholders.
