SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Internal Auditing:
  • a. Plan, schedule, and conduct internal quality audits across departments.
  • b. Identify non-conformances, document findings, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CARs).
  • c. Ensure that audit findings are communicated clearly and tracked to closure.
• 2. Document Control:
  • a. Review, update, and manage controlled documents (e.g., SOPs, WIs, policies)
  • b. Ensure document version control is updated.
• 3. Quality System Monitoring:
  • a. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • b. Ensure processes are being followed in accordance with internal standards and external regulations.
• 4. Corrective Action Request (CAR) Management:
  • a. Assist in the initiation, investigation, and resolution of non-conformities and deviations.
  • b. Ensure the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • c. Verify the effectiveness of CARs.
• 5. Support External Audits/Inspections:
  • a. Assist in the preparation for customer and regulatory audits.
  • b. Coordinate with relevant departments to address audit queries and findings.
• 6. Risk Management:
  • a. Support risk assessments related to product quality and operational processes.
  • b. Assist in implementing risk mitigation strategies

JOB SPECIFICATION

A. Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:
  • Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Chemical)
  • Quality Management or related discipline
• Additional certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., Internal Auditor, Six Sigma) are an advantage.

B. Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or audit functions.
• Experience in internal auditing and documentation review.

C. Skills Requirements:

• Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose corrective actions.
• High level of accuracy in reviewing documentation and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reporting, documentation, and training.
