Job summary

Sprout Solutions offers a rotation program across 3 to 4 teams (strategy, operations, product, commercial) over 12 to 24 months in the Philippines. You will own real projects in each rotation with clear deliverables and measurable results.

You will analyze problems, gather data, and present recommendations to team leads and senior management. You will help launch new initiatives from planning to tracking early results and build a cross-functional network to share learnings across teams.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience; fresh graduates with an outstanding record are welcome.
• Top academic performance, leadership roles, or competitive internships (tech, banking, or consulting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel/Sheets and data.
