Job summary

The GMP Group is seeking a Fashion Associate to join its premium international fashion retail team across Singapore. You will provide professional service, promote promotions, and build product knowledge while meeting store targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, a customer-service mindset, and are willing to work on weekends/public holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; teamwork and responsibility are essential.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level and/or Nitec.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Customer service oriented with an interest in fashion.
• Comfortable working weekends and/or public holidays.
• Independent, responsible and a good team player.

We are looking for Fashion Associates to join a dynamic retail team!

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized service to customers

• Recommend products and promote ongoing in-store promotions

• Maintain good product knowledge and support cross-selling

• Follow visual merchandising standards

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Assist with inventory management when required

• Support daily store operations and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• GCE O-Level and/or Nitec

• 1–2 years of relevant retail experience preferred

• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome

• Customer service-oriented with an interest in fashion

• Comfortable working weekends and/or public holidays

• Independent, responsible and a good team player

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$2,250 – S$2,300/month

• Total monthly earnings can reach S$2,850 – S$3,900+, depending on commission

Work Locations

Multiple retail outlets across Singapore, including areas such as:

Orchard Raffles City Changi City Point IMM VivoCity Westgate Takashimaya Paragon

Store placement will be based on operational requirements.

Interview Process

1 round of face-to-face interview with the Store Supervisor / Store Manager / Area Manager.
