Job summary

ZARA Singapore is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to be the frontline ambassador of the brand, delivering welcoming service and assisting shoppers across women’s, men’s and children’s collections.

You’ll support retail operations, keep displays neat, manage stock replenishment, and help with inventory tasks. Weekend and public holiday availability is required, with shifts from 8am to 11pm. 44 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a fast-paced retail operation.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanour.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• You will be the company’s front line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
• Provide welcoming customer service and assist customers to enjoy their shopping experience
• Support with retail operations, stock replenishment, inventory management and housekeeping
• Ensure merchandise and displays are neatly arranged
• Supporting other store functions when needed ie. stock-room duties
