Qualifications

• Degree in Agriculture / Animal Science (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in broiler breeder operations.
• PRC License (Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of flock handling, egg collection, and farm routines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily farm operations execution.
• Supervise workers and enforce discipline.
• Monitor flocks and respond to issues immediately.
• Coordinate egg collection and ensure quality control.
• Enforce biosecurity protocols (Critical Role).
• Coordinate and execute feed trials with strict compliance.
• Record data and generate reports.
• Monitor equipment and facilities; provide admin support.
