Hoc Po Feeds Corporation in the Philippines is hiring an Accounting Officer to join our growing team. The role focuses on managing and monitoring accounting transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing and reporting of financial information to support farm operations.

You will review documents, assist in cost monitoring, budget variance analysis, and coordination with farm personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review accounting transactions and financial activities related to farm operations.
• Track farm expenses, purchases, inventory usage, and other costs for accurate recording and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain financial and cost monitoring reports for farm operations.
• Review supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and variances; provide necessary reports.
• Coordinate with farm personnel regarding financial transactions and documentation.
• Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of farm-related accounts.
• Assist in analyzing production costs, feed expenses, and operational expenditures.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting files.
• Assist in periodic financial and management reporting.
• Support audit activities by providing required records and documents.
