Job summary

International Care Ministries is seeking a Family Doctor to provide primary healthcare services to patients enrolled under the ICM Community Health Program and PhilHealth Konsulta Program. The role involves conducting medical consultations, diagnosing and managing illnesses, and promoting preventive care in underserved communities.

The Physician must hold an MD, a valid PRC license, and preferably Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, with PhilHealth accreditation or willingness to

Qualifications

• MD degree from a recognized medical school.
• Valid PRC license to practice medicine in the Philippines.
• Diplomate or Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (General Practitioners welcome).
• PhilHealth accreditation or willingness to undergo Konsulta Provider accreditation.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or general practice.
• Strong patient management, communication, and data privacy compliance skills.
• Knowledge of EMR and PhilHealth Konsulta guidelines is a plus.
• Willingness to work in underserved or geographically isolated communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services to patients enrolled under the ICM Community Health Program and PhilHealth Konsulta Program.
• Conduct medical consultations, diagnose and manage illnesses.
• Promote preventive healthcare.
• Ensure compliance with ICM Manila Inc. policies, PhilHealth Konsulta guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to data privacy and medical information confidentiality requirements.
