Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Family Driver to provide safe and discreet transportation for the President & CEO and his family. The role includes maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness, planning efficient routes, and upholding professionalism at all times.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, relevant experience as a family or executive driver, and comfort driving luxury cars. Manual and automatic driving skills are required, with residence in Alabang or nearby areas

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional driver’s license.
• Experience as a family or executive driver is required.
• Experience driving luxury cars is preferred.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Residence in Alabang or nearby areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives the President & CEO and family to destinations, appointments, meetings, and personal activities.
• Provides safe, reliable, comfortable, and discreet transportation with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Plans routes considering traffic, weather, road conditions, and schedules.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance checks on assigned vehicles and reports issues.
• Ensures vehicles are clean, safe, and ready before and after use, including fuel, tires, fluids, and A/C.
• Performs other family driver duties as instructed.

Principal Purpose(s) of the Position

The Family Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, comfortable, and discreet transportation to the President & CEO and his family members.

The Family Driver is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of assigned vehicles at all times.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Safely drives and transports the President & CEO and his family members to and from their required destinations, appointments, meetings, personal activities, social engagements, and other authorized itineraries.
2. Provides safe, reliable, comfortable, and discreet transportation while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times.
3. Plans and uses appropriate routes to ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation, while considering traffic conditions, weather, road conditions, and scheduled appointments.
4. Performs regular preventive maintenance checks on assigned vehicles and promptly reports any mechanical, safety, or vehicle-related concerns.
5. Ensures the cleanliness, proper condition, comfort, and readiness of assigned vehicles before and after use, including checking fuel, tires, fluids, air-conditioning, and other essential vehicle requirements.
6. Performs other family driver-related tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time, provided that appropriate instructions and/or training have been given.
