Qualifications

• High school graduate with relevant driving experience for executives or senior management.
• Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Familiar with major areas such as Ayala Alabang, Rockwell Center, and Bonifacio Global City.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and flexible with working hours.
• Presentable with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the CEO to meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic to ensure punctuality.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the CEO’s schedule and matters.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections for roadworthiness and cleanliness.
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in excellent condition.
• Coordinate schedules and itinerary changes with CEO or assigned personnel.
• Run errands or other driving-related tasks as required.
• Observe traffic laws at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading of items when necessary.
• Keep records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and travel logs.

The Executive Driver is responsible for safely transporting the CEO to and from various destinations, ensuring comfort, punctuality, and confidentiality at all times. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and knowledge of routes, traffic patterns, and vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive the CEO to meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations.

• Ensure punctuality by planning routes and monitoring traffic conditions.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s schedule, conversations, and personal matters.

• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.

• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and in excellent condition.

• Coordinate with the CEO or assigned personnel regarding schedules and itinerary changes.

• Run errands or perform other driving-related tasks as required.

• Observe all traffic laws and regulations at all times.
