Job description

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the executive and family members to work, school, appointments, errands, and social engagements.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off based on daily schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the executive and family at all times.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well‑maintained, and ready for daily use.
• Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate routine maintenance, registration, insurance, and repairs.
• Assist with basic household driving tasks such as grocery runs, document pick‑ups, deliveries, and errands.
• Plan routes efficiently and adjust based on traffic conditions.
• Observe proper driving etiquette, road safety rules, and household guidelines.
• Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays when needed.

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
• With minimum 35 years proven experience as a personal, executive, or family driver.
• Holder of a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code appropriate for SUVs/Vans/Sedans).
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or criminal history.
• Familiar with major city routes, traffic patterns, and navigation apps (Waze, Google Maps, etc.).
• Physically fit and medically cleared to drive.
• Preferably with experience transporting children and/or elderly passengers.
• Trustworthy, with good moral character (NBI/Police Clearance required).
• Willing to undergo background verification.
• Flexible schedule and willing to render overtime when required.
• Resides within reasonable distance from the executive's residence (preferred but not required).
