Job summary

Nephro Specialist seeks a Facility Administrator to oversee the dialysis unit's operations, including administrative, clinical, nursing, finance, and facilities tasks.

You will ensure growth targets set by the Board are met, manage the budget, and protect company assets, inventory, and manpower while maintaining compliance with labor, safety and regulatory standards.

• Supervise centers' activities and administrative staff.

Job description

• Primarily responsible for the overall management of dialysis operations in the unit which involves administrative, technical, nursing, finance, security, maintenance, and all other aspects of operations.
• Must meet required growth expectations set by the Board on a yearly basis.
• The Facility Administrator /Administrative Officer must work within the allocated financial budget set within a fiscal year.
• He/She must secure company assets, including sales of service, inventory of supplies, medicines, and equipment, and the management of manpower utilization.
• His/her duties will involve supervision and control of the centers' activities and administrative personnel while ensuring compliance with all labor, safety, environmental and corporate & statutory/regulatory standards, policies, systems and procedures.
