Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have any vocational degree or TESDA certification.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to operate basic tools such as drill, grinder, multimeter, etc.
• Diagnostic and problem-solving-skills.
• Electrical and plumbing repair skills.
• General building maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Carpentry and fixture repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair general building issues such as leaks, faulty doors, and damaged fixtures.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, identifying root causes of equipment and facility problems, and determining whether repairs or replacements are needed.
• Have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems, including troubleshooting electrical circuits and plumbing components.
• Carpentry repairs, such as fixing doors, hinges, and cabinets, are also part of the role.
