Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose potential problems; carry out repairs.
• Assist installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and coordinate completion with systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems.
