Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to mid-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will support preventive maintenance, repairs, and system energy efficiency under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years’ experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and traverse facilities. On-site work and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Strong communication and follow-through on work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems; perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders; track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for safety and code compliance.
• Exchange information clearly and succinctly using standard procedures.
• Deliver outputs following defined procedures under supervision.
