Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. You will service electrical, aircon, and plumbing systems, perform fault finding, testing, maintenance and repair, and ensure compliance with building guidelines and SLAs.

You will read electrical drawings, use appropriate tools, and participate in preventive maintenance, ensuring responsive, high-quality service while coordinating with Supervisors for emergencies and scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in building maintenance in a corporate/offices setting.
• Experience with electrical and aircon systems incl. fault finding, testing, maintenance and repair.
• Ability to train teammates and work well in a team.
• Willing to work outside normal hours and be available for emergencies.
• Strong communication and customer-focused service mindset.
• Interest in energy management and building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand and work on electrical/aircon/plumbing systems including fault finding, testing, maintenance and repair.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and manuals.
• Safely use maintenance tools and equipment for electrical trades and general tasks.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and platforms as required.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor of shortages.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and work schedules.
• Respond to customer requests and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Carry out monitoring and testing of installed equipment, including some after-hours work.
• Undertake required administrative duties such as timesheets and checklists.
