Qualifications

• Atleast 2 year work experience as a facilities or utilities in a manufacturing firm.
• Operates and maintains mechanical and electrical equipment/machines.
• Familiar with field works like mechanics, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, CDA, N2, Water Treatment Plant, Wastewater treatment, and building maintenance.
• Strong background in operation, maintenance repair and installation of air conditioning units; can use powered/non-powered tools; can write reports; can work overtime on weekends/holidays.
