Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or building maintenance with focus on electrical systems.
• Proficient in basic electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and reading diagrams.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of OHS and electrical safety standards.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage logs, inventories, and maintenance records.
• Reliable team player with coordination skills with internal staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facility inspections of office spaces and systems for maintenance and safety.
• Provide electrical maintenance support, including inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive tasks.
• Perform basic multi-trade repairs and assist with complex electrical projects.
• Maintain logs and documentation of maintenance activities and inventories.
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and ensure compliance with SLAs.
