Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician in Makati City to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. You will join the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support for equipment and systems across facilities.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift heavy loads, climb, and work with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Physically capable to meet job requirements such as lifting 50 lbs and climbing.
• Basic work routines and standards; effective communication of straightforward information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety; report violations.
• Apply standard procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Execute defined duties and tasks following established processes.
