Job summary

Transcom Worldwide (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a proactive Facilities Specialist for our Pasig site. You will manage site facilities, assist with maintenance, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure safe, orderly office operations to support service delivery.

You will handle equipment monitoring, inventory, vendor communications, and daily administrative tasks under the Facilities Manager. Growth opportunities exist within a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College degree required.
1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
HVAC knowledge and facility systems familiarity expected.
Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in performance-driven settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory database and assist preventive maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors and technicians; create and track work orders.
Provide reports on inventory and maintenance status to Facilities Manager.
Assist with site inspections and administrative duties for Facilities Management.
Support room reservations, site visitors, and housekeeping coordination.
