Job summary

XISCO in the Philippines is seeking a Shift Engineer to lead energy management initiatives across buildings and facilities. You will plan, implement and monitor energy-saving activities daily, including awareness programs and energy use analyses on site.

The role requires a licensed engineer with strong leadership, the ability to operate energy measuring instruments, and a track record in energy management and environmental sustainability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Shift Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with PRC License.
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Energy management activities seven days a week, regardless of holidays.
• Facilitate energy conservation by identifying and implementing options for saving energy.
• Lead awareness programs on energy conservation.
• Monitor energy consumptions.
• Analyze the energy and resources consumption regularly.
• Handle technical manpower on site.

About you

• Certifications related to energy management and environmental sustainability
