Concentrix Daksh Services Philippines Corporation seeks a Facilities Senior Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, security and environmental compliance across our Quezon City facilities. The role focuses on cost-efficient, well-run operations that support a productive workplace.

You will lead a team of facilities professionals, manage the facility budget, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-quality, compliant services for all company facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well maintained.
• Implement efficient facility management processes and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance and support in their roles.
• Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork within the department.
• Develop and manage the facility management budget, including cost control measures and expenditure tracking.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining facility standards.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective services.
• Oversee safety protocols and compliance with regulations, including emergency preparedness and environmental sustainability.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and expansions as required.
• Coordinate project teams and monitor project progress.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of facility assets and equipment.
• Develop and implement asset maintenance plans to extend equipment lifespan.
• Communicate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their facility needs and address concerns.
• Provide regular updates on facility performance and projects.
