Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Calamba focuses on renewing our talent acquisition and onboarding processes to enhance the candidate experience.

You will help select recruitment vendors and manage end-to-end collaboration, serving as the POC for site quality and coordinating with central Facilities quality.

The role includes conducting quality audits, ensuring POR/SOP/LOP compliance, and leading facilities training in a semiconductor environment to uphold governance and performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC and others.
• Knowledgeable in Facilities Operations and maintenance especially in a semiconductor environment or related industries.
• Knowledgeable in DMS, audit planning and management.
• Knowledgeable in Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• With good analytical skill.
• At least 5 years working with Quality system covering management audit/ customer audit/KP process audit and training.
• Preparation of 8D/APF/RCA reports.

Responsibilities

• Point of Contact (POC) for Calamba relative to coordination to central Facilities quality.
• Responsible for the site compliance to POR/SOP/LOPs.
• Conduct gap assessments between POR/SOP/LOP and ensure identified gaps are addressed in a timely manner.
• In charge of facilities personnel training needs and analysis.
• Conduct quality audits within Facilities operations, maintenance, projects and contractors' services.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements relative to facilities operations.
• Key responsible to Facilities culture/mindset alignment.
