Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a reliable and attentive Facilities & Property Management Sr. Associate in Laoag, Philippines. Newly licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer preferred, to manage facilities and assets for the organization.

You will coordinate maintenance, support vendors and staff, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in an on-site environment. This role requires strong analytical skills and discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Knowledge of generator sets and UPS units.
• Experience in facilities management and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the operational facilities department.
• Manage facility inventory and assets.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, inspections and budgets.
