Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasoned Facilities & Projects Manager in the Philippines to lead building and conveyor-system construction activities, oversee bid packages, manage quality control, and ensure compliance with UPS standards and environmental regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 8–10 years of related asset and infrastructure management experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD LT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science (Mechanical, Civil or Electrical).
• 8–10 years asset and building infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with facility construction/industrial installations is a strong asset.
• AutoCAD LT working knowledge; PLCs knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building repairs and asset protection projects.
• Coordinate Material Handling Equipment (Conveyor System) maintenance and repair.
• Manage BaSE projects related to facility construction in the Philippines.
• Oversee safety and environmental compliance for facilities.
• Prepare project schedules and cost estimates for facility construction and MHS.
