Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; PRC-licensed engineer.
• Minimum 8 years of facilities engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Proven experience in facilities management, engineering projects, or construction execution.
• Strong knowledge of project management: scope, cost, scheduling, close-out.
• Ability to read engineering designs, drawings, and calculations.
• Familiar with safety, regulatory compliance for facilities/construction.
• Experience with contract prep, bid evaluation, contractor management.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
• Proficient in budgeting, billing review, and documentation management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PM tools, CAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities and plant management projects across all phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Close-Out.
• Develop complete project documentation including Scope of Works, cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate engineering projects with Facilities Operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.
• Prepare, evaluate, and recommend bids, contracts, and proposals for equipment upgrades and construction works.
• Create design plans, technical calculations, and construction drawings required for project implementation.
• Lead and initiate project coordination meetings with internal customers including manufacturing stakeholders and support teams.
• Facilitate and coordinate meetings with external organizations (PEZA, DOLE, Meralco, LTI) for permits.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, validate progress billings, financial reporting, and payments.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for management decisions.
