Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Facilities Management or Commercial Real Estate Project Management.
• Proven experience in office fit-out and building improvement projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a Licensed Engineer.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
