Job summary

Testech Inc. is seeking a Facilities Engineer to oversee Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection functions at our Calamba site.

You will ensure efficient department operations, drive continuous improvement, and supervise technicians across multiple disciplines. The role requires a background in Electrical/Mechanical engineering, knowledge of maintenance practices, and the ability to read complex plans and schematics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering Course (Preferably Electrical/Mechanical and License)
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic control systems and devices
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance system principles and objectives
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical plans, complex circuit schematics, blueprints

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous improvement in facility department
• Motivate Facility staff to achieve the department objectives
• Monitor and review facilities equipment parameter and utilities cost
• Participate in selection, assessment and approval of subcontractors and vendors to negotiate the best deal
• Champion in housekeeping and safety
• Prepare KPI Report, Weekly and Monthly reports
