Job summary

KMC Solutions is hiring an Engineering Technician in the Philippines to oversee daily site facilities, coordinate minor repairs, and ensure readiness of all workspaces. You will monitor equipment, update forms, and support third-party vendors in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works, with preference for refrigeration/air-conditioning and fire protection skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works (two of any).
• Can work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of site/facilities, equipment and leased offices.
• Update all Monitoring Forms.
• Maintains basic facilities and office space for show readiness across areas.
• Ensures periodic preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities (AC, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, exit signs).
• Daily monitoring/closing of tickets filed via facilities ticketing system.
• Performs basic on-site repairs (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil).
• Hauls facilities assets/materials between sites.
• Monitor and assist third-party vendors on their activities and projects (if any).
• Able to work holidays and on-call weekends during emergencies; travel to other office sites.
• Other tasks as assigned.
