Job summary

AGlobal Care Inc. seeks a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance and operations of our facilities in the Philippines. You will lead preventive maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance to keep buildings safe and functional.

This role coordinates with service providers, monitors utilities, and prepares cost reports while supporting expansions and renovations as needed. A strong background in building systems and solid negotiation and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in facility or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of company facilities, including office buildings, warehouses, and staff houses.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other utilities.
• Source, evaluate, and manage service providers for cleaning, security, repairs, and facility upgrades.
• Negotiate service contracts and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate safety drills, emergency preparedness, and facility-related risk management.
• Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Maintain inventory of facility-related assets, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare reports on facility conditions, costs, and improvement recommendations.
• Support management in planning expansions, renovations, or relocations.
