Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Must be completing an internship/OJT requirement.
• Basic knowledge of facilities and office administration.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and recordkeeping.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of vehicle/motorpool administration is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Good data entry, documentation, and filing skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn basic facilities, maintenance, and administrative processes.
