Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and follow instructions effectively.
• Basic understanding of procurement principles and purchasing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management activities.
• Assist in coordinating with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Support the preparation of procurement reports and performance metrics.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and filing of purchase documents.
