Job summary

Two Futures Inc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to handle carpentry, plumbing, painting, and repair work across multiple branches in Metro Manila. You will respond to requests, perform safety-focused repairs, and assist with branch setup and closures.

The ideal candidate has experience in general maintenance, can work independently, and is willing to travel to different branch locations. This is a 5‑day week role with OT and night shift considerations.

Qualifications

High school graduate or vocational/technical course graduate.
Experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing and repair work.
Basic painting and tile installation/repair knowledge.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Respond to maintenance requests from branches and Head Office.
Perform general repair and maintenance work to keep facilities safe and operational.
Assist in branch setup and closure activities.
Perform carpentry work including cabinets, doors, locksets, tracks, stoppers, and fixtures.
Handle minor plumbing repairs such as leaks and fixtures.
Repair or replace damaged tiles as needed.
Carry out minor painting and touch-up works.
Assist in facility improvement and maintenance projects.
Travel to branches as required to perform maintenance work.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
