Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Makati, Metro Manila. The role covers plumbing, carpentry, painting, and masonry to ensure the comfort and efficiency of our client’s facilities.

The successful candidate will conduct regular inspections, resolve issues promptly, perform installations and repairs on sight, and maintain detailed maintenance records while upholding health and safety standards. Direct employment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

Experience in basic trades relevant to building maintenance.
Ability to perform multi-trade tasks with safety awareness.
Strong problem-solving and inspection skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on the facilities.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Perform installations, repairs, and replacements of fixtures and furnitures on sight.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
